 Zach Smallridge

 Zach began his career working for a site work company, where he operated heavy equipment and gained firsthand experience on active construction projects. During his high school years, he also worked summers alongside family members in the construction field, developing an early understanding of building systems, sequencing, and jobsite operations. This foundational experience provided him with valuable insight into structural components and construction methods that directly inform Patriot Demolition’s approach to deconstruction.

He later helped founded and operated a dumpster and hauling company, where he built expertise in logistics, material handling, trucking coordination, and customer service. As his experience grew, Zach transitioned into the demolition industry, combining his construction background and hauling knowledge to deliver efficient, well-planned demolition solutions. 

​

Today, Zach applies this comprehensive industry experience to lead Patriot Demolition with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and smart project execution. His understanding of heavy equipment, trucking, and construction methods allows Patriot Demolition to approach each project strategically—ensuring structures are deconstructed safely, responsibly, and with a clear understanding of how they were built in the first place.

As Business Development and Sales Director, Larry plays a key role in developing new opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and positioning the company for long-term success.

Throughout his career, Larry has built a strong reputation for understanding client needs, delivering value-driven solutions, and consistently exceeding revenue goals. His expertise includes strategic sales planning, market development, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management. He excels at identifying emerging opportunities and translating them into sustainable business growth.

 James Vernon is a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, James has successfully managed projects of varying size and complexity, overseeing every aspect of the construction process from pre-construction through final completion.

James brings extensive expertise in project management, subcontractor coordination, contract administration, scheduling, and budget control. His hands-on leadership style and comprehensive understanding of construction operations enable him to anticipate challenges, maintain project momentum, and deliver high-quality results. He has a proven track record of managing multiple trades, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

James plays a critical role in guiding company operations, mentoring teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners. His depth of knowledge, commitment to accountability, and dedication to excellence continue to be instrumental in the company’s success and long-term growth.

Cody Dreadin

Cody Dreadin is a seasoned professional in the demolition and specialty contracting industry with over ten years of hands-on experience across a wide range of commercial, industrial, residential and specialty projects. He possesses a deep understanding of demolition methodologies, selective and interior demolition, structural dismantling, and specialty scopes requiring precision, safety, and regulatory compliance. 

​

Throughout his career, Cody has demonstrated strong knowledge of project planning, site logistics, safety management, and coordination with general contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies. His experience includes interpreting project drawings and specifications, developing work plans, managing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within budget.
