This foundational experience provided him with valuable insight into structural components and construction methods that directly inform Patriot Demolition’s approach to deconstruction.

He later helped founded and operated a dumpster and hauling company, where he built expertise in logistics, material handling, trucking coordination, and customer service. As his experience grew, Zach transitioned into the demolition industry, combining his construction background and hauling knowledge to deliver efficient, well-planned demolition solutions.

Today, Zach applies this comprehensive industry experience to lead Patriot Demolition with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and smart project execution. His understanding of heavy equipment, trucking, and construction methods allows Patriot Demolition to approach each project strategically—ensuring structures are deconstructed safely, responsibly, and with a clear understanding of how they were built in the first place.

He possesses a deep understanding of demolition methodologies, selective and interior demolition, structural dismantling, and specialty scopes requiring precision, safety, and regulatory compliance.
