Patriot Demolition was contracted to complete a targeted demolition scope for the Edged in Stone facility, supporting a major interior and exterior transformation to accommodate new granite cutting equipment and upgraded utilities.

The exterior scope included the careful removal of a red iron canopy attached to the building, along with the demolition of an existing concrete loading dock and ramp. These elements required precise dismantling to protect the remaining structure while preparing the site for improved access and future operational needs.

Inside the warehouse, Patriot Demolition removed multiple interior structures, including two block bathroom enclosures and a wood framed office. These interior demolitions were completed in a controlled manner to allow for efficient reconfiguration of the space without disrupting surrounding structural components.

A significant portion of this project involved heavy interior concrete work. Our team removed more than 8,000 square feet of interior concrete slab to prepare the facility for the installation of new granite cutting machines and the necessary utility infrastructure. This work helped transform the warehouse into a production-ready space, positioning the Edged in Stone facility for expanded operations in Ocala.
