Inside the building, Patriot Demolition completed extensive interior demolition across both levels. The scope included the removal of more than 10,000 square feet of flooring finishes, multiple interior walls, all ceiling grid systems, doors, windows, and full restroom finishes. This work required careful coordination to maintain structural integrity while fully clearing the interior spaces for upcoming construction.

Exterior demolition work was also a key component of the project. Our team removed approximately 3,000 square feet of exterior pavers, an existing aluminum awning, and a red iron staircase. In addition, we performed precise saw cutting and masonry work to create three new door openings in the exterior block wall. The completed scope left the facility properly prepped for renovation while maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the project in Lady Lake.
